Ingredients (8 servings):
Oats, dry 3 cups
Cinnamon1 tbsp
Protein powder1 scoop
Sugar0.5 cup
Egg white1.25 cup
Yogurt, plain1 cup
Canola oil2 tbsp.

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 F
  2. In food processor blend oats until smooth
  3. Add in remaining ingredients and blend on low speed until combined
  4. Pour mixture into a greased 9 x 9 inch pan
  5. Cook for 27-30 minutes
