Cinnamon | 1 tbsp |
Protein powder | 1 scoop |
Sugar | 0.5 cup |
Egg white | 1.25 cup |
Yogurt, plain | 1 cup |
Canola oil | 2 tbsp. |
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 325 F
- In food processor blend oats until smooth
- Add in remaining ingredients and blend on low speed until combined
- Pour mixture into a greased 9 x 9 inch pan
- Cook for 27-30 minutes
