Peanut-butter chocolate oats (1 serving):
2/3 cups Oats, dry
3 tbsp. Powdered peanut butter
1 tbsp. Cocoa powder
1 tbsp. Ground flaxseed
1 Large Ripe banana, frozen
1 cup Skim milk


Directions: Mix together first four ingredients in a bowl. Slice up the frozen banana and mix it in the dry ingredients. Pour in the skim milk and mix ingredients until combined. Microwave on high for about 2 minutes or until desired consistency is achieved.
