Peanut-butter chocolate oats (1 serving): | |
2/3 cups | Oats, dry |
3 tbsp. | Powdered peanut butter |
1 tbsp. | Cocoa powder |
1 tbsp. | Ground flaxseed |
1 Large | Ripe banana, frozen |
1 cup | Skim milk |
Directions: Mix together first four ingredients in a bowl. Slice up the frozen banana and mix it in the dry ingredients. Pour in the skim milk and mix ingredients until combined. Microwave on high for about 2 minutes or until desired consistency is achieved.
