Turkey and White Bean Chili (6 servings) | |
500 grams | Lean ground turkey |
1 | Yellow onion, chopped |
2 | Celery stalks, chopped |
1 | Green bell pepper, chopped |
795 mL | Diced tomatoes, canned |
250 mL | White kidney beans, canned |
½ cup | Chicken stock |
½ cup | Kernel corn (frozen or canned) |
2 tbsp. | Honey |
1 tsp. | Chili powder |
1 tsp. | Oregano |
Directions:
- Sautee ground turkey in medium sized pot until cooked
- Add chopped onion, celery stalks and green bell pepper and sauté for 4-5 minutes or until vegetables are translucent
- Add the remaining ingredients to the pot, and simmer on low for 15 minutes
