Turkey and White Bean Chili (6 servings)
500 grams Lean ground turkey
1 Yellow onion, chopped
2 Celery stalks, chopped
1 Green bell pepper, chopped
795 mL Diced tomatoes, canned
250 mL White kidney beans, canned
½ cup Chicken stock
½ cup Kernel corn (frozen or canned)
2 tbsp. Honey
1 tsp. Chili powder
1 tsp. Oregano


  1. Sautee ground turkey in medium sized pot until cooked
  2. Add chopped onion, celery stalks and green bell pepper and sauté for 4-5 minutes or until vegetables are translucent
  3. Add the remaining ingredients to the pot, and simmer on low for 15 minutes
